01General Terms

By using the 6kbd1 platform, you are considered to have accepted these Terms & Conditions. Please read this document in full before registering. 6kbd1 is an online Sports Betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh.

These Terms & Conditions form a legal agreement between 6kbd1 and the user. Any breach of these terms may result in account termination, balance forfeiture, or permanent restriction from the platform.

• Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the latest terms.

02Account Registration & Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to open an account on 6kbd1. All information provided during registration must be accurate and truthful. Accounts created with false information may be closed at any time.

• Each person may register only one account. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
• A copy of your national ID or passport may be required to verify your account.
• Keeping your account password confidential is your responsibility. You must not allow anyone else to access your account.
• The phone number and email address used during registration must remain active.
• Accounts registered under a corporate or institutional name are not permitted.
• 6kbd1 reserves the right to reject any registration request.

03Betting Policy

Certain rules apply when placing bets on 6kbd1. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed — so make sure to review all details carefully before placing your bet.

• Betting odds may change at any time. The odds at the moment a bet is confirmed are final.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• 6kbd1 is not liable for unconfirmed bets in live betting caused by internet disruptions.
• Any attempt to manipulate or fraudulently place bets will result in permanent account closure.
• Placing bets on the same event from multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Maximum bet limits are set individually for each event and market.
• 6kbd1 reserves the right to void any bet where incorrect odds were displayed due to a technical error.

6kbd1 is committed to maintaining a fair and transparent betting environment. If you have a dispute regarding a bet outcome, you must notify the support team within 48 hours of the result being announced.

04Payments & Withdrawals

Deposits and withdrawals on 6kbd1 can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and selected bank transfers. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 and the maximum deposit is ৳1,00,000 per day.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 to 72 hours.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method that was used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals above ৳5,000 may be held until KYC verification is complete.
• It is the user's responsibility to provide the correct account number for all transactions — funds sent to incorrect details may not be recoverable.
• For suspicious transactions, 6kbd1 may request additional documentation for verification purposes.

05Bonus & Promotion Terms

6kbd1 offers a range of bonuses and promotions — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and referral bonuses. Each offer comes with its own terms, which are listed in full on the respective offer page.

• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Claiming bonuses on multiple accounts from the same IP address or device is strictly prohibited.
• A maximum bet limit may apply to bets placed using bonus balance.
• Promotional offers that are not used within their specified time frame will be automatically cancelled.
• 6kbd1 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.
• If bonus abuse is found, all bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited.

06Responsible Betting

6kbd1 believes betting should be a form of entertainment — never a source of income. We care about the mental and financial wellbeing of our users.

• Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits for yourself.
• Use the temporary or permanent self-exclusion option whenever you need it.
• If you feel your betting is getting out of control, contact our support team immediately.
• Never bet with borrowed money or funds set aside for essential expenses.
• Never place bets under stress or when your judgment is impaired.

07Account Suspension & Closure

6kbd1 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons.

• Violation of any clause of the Terms & Conditions.
• Registering with false information or failing to cooperate with identity verification.
• Operating multiple accounts or misusing bonuses.
• Suspected money laundering or financial fraud.
• Abusive behaviour toward other users or staff.
• Operating an account while being underage.

Any valid balance remaining at the time of account closure will be refunded; however, bonus balances may be forfeited. Users may also request to close their account at any time.

08Privacy & Data Protection

6kbd1 treats the protection of users' personal data as a top priority. Information collected during registration is used solely for platform operations and service improvement.

• Your personal information is never sold to third parties.
• Information may be disclosed in response to valid requests from law enforcement authorities.
• All data transfers are secured using SSL encryption.

09Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute regarding a bet outcome, payment, or account matter, please contact the 6kbd1 support team first. We will do our best to resolve it within 72 hours.

10Policy on Changes to Terms

6kbd1 may partially or fully update these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes, users will be notified in advance via their registered email or a platform notification.

• Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be taken as acceptance of the updated terms.
• If you do not agree with the changes, you may request to close your account.
